The purpose of the test is to assess the knowledge that students have gained so far in their learning journey. At HiDevs, we firmly believe that taking a knowledge test is essential in order to truly understand what has been learned. In the real world, our knowledge is tested when we face difficult or challenging situations, and our performance determines how prepared we are to tackle problems.

We evaluate students based on various parameters, such as their understanding of logical concepts rather than just memorisation, coding proficiency, practice problem-solving in a proper IDE, communication skills, and appearance during online tests. The tests help students by providing feedback based on the aforementioned parameters, which guides them in improving their future test-taking skills. Students will undergo approximately 13 tests that will prepare them for the real-world online tests that companies use for hiring. This rigorous testing helps in building a high level of quality and preparation among the students.

T - Timeliness: This refers to the ability to complete tasks and assignments within the given timeframe. Timeliness is an important skill to have as it shows responsibility and discipline.

E - Problem-solving: Problem-solving refers to the ability to identify, analyze and solve problems. It is an important skill to have in all aspects of life, including work, as it helps in finding solutions to challenges and obstacles.

How to prepare for the test:

1. Learn all the concepts from a logical perspective rather than just memorizing them.

2. Code the exercises and assignments provided in the weekly chapters, steps or topics with the help of the resources provided.

3. Practice problems on an appropriate IDE.

4. Dress appropriately when taking the online test.

5. Communicate effectively when explaining the concepts to the mentor.
